CMA Entrance Exam The objective of the CMA Entrance Exam is to test that Candidates have the required competency in technical accounting and can demonstrate a thorough understanding of strategy and management. Upon successful completion of the Entrance Exam, Candidates proceed into one of four CMA professional programs: CMA Strategic Leadership Program, CMA for MBA, CMA-CPFA Dual-Designation Program or the CMA Executive Program. The Entrance Exam is held twice each year, in mid-June and mid-October. The exam is four hours in duration and is comprised of approximately 100-120 multiple choice questions.
