Fill out the online application form or download the associate application form and fax, email or mail the form back to CMA Alberta.


Official transcript evaluations
CMA Alberta’s transcript evaluation determines your eligibility to write the CMA Entrance Exam. The transcript review also helps CMA Alberta staff advise you on the best way to proceed.

For an official transcript evaluation, send original, unopened transcripts from your post-secondary institution to:

Unofficial transcript evaluations
If you are in school and want to see which prerequisites you still need, please fax your unofficial transcripts to 403.262.5477 or email them to CMA Alberta.

International transcript evaluations
If you obtained your university education internationally, please send CMA Alberta:
• an original, certified English translation of your transcripts and any previous qualification assessments
• a completed associate application form

If we are unable to evaluate your transcripts, you can use the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS). 

Note: International applicants to the CMA for MBA program must use IQAS for a transcript evaluation.
