Fill out the online application form or download the associate application form and fax, email or mail the form back to CMA Alberta.


Official transcript evaluations
CMA Alberta’s transcript evaluation determines your eligibility to write the CMA Entrance Exam. The transcript review also helps CMA Alberta staff advise you on the best way to proceed.

For an official transcript evaluation, send original, unopened transcripts from your post-secondary institution to:

Please note: Official transcripts are required to apply for CMA programs.

International transcript evaluations
* Please note: Effective March 21, 2012 all International transcripts must be evaluated by a member of the Alliance of Credential Evaluation Services of Canada. If you hold credentials from outside of Canada, you must submit your transcripts along with an evaluation from one of these recognized services in order to receive an official evaluation from CMA Alberta.

If you obtained your university education internationally, please send CMA Alberta:
• an original, certified English translation of your transcripts and any previous qualification assessments
• a completed associate application form
• an evaluation from a member of the Alliance of Credential Evaluation Services of Canada.

Note: International applicants to the CMA for MBA program must use IQAS for a transcript evaluation.
