Option 2: Obtain missing prerequisites through the CMA Accelerated Program

The CMA Accelerated Program (AP) is an intensive 22-week program that allows you to get the prerequisites you need to write the CMA Entrance Exam in less time than it would take to finish the courses at a post-secondary institute.  More information 


You should apply if: 

• you have a recognized degree from a post-secondary institution
  
• you earned 60 per cent or higher in the four CMA prerequisite studies: Introductory Management Accounting, Introductory Financial Accounting, Economics and Statistics
• you are a CMA Associate and submitted your transcripts for review

  The Accelerated Program is offered twice a year:
  
• in fall, (fall 2012 AP schedule) leading up to the June Entrance Exam
  
• in winter, leading up to the October Entrance Exam

  Program fee - $3400 plus GST.
  Note – electronic lesson notes are included in the program fee. Printed copies are $200 plus GST.
  
  Register prior to May 31 and pay an early bird program fee of $3100 plus GST.
